JX-MK2500數控榫接機是我公司針對板式、實木等多種材料加工框式產品、組裝門等的一款新型產品。
JX-MK2500 CNC splicing machine is a new type of product for our company to process frame products and assembly doors for various materials such as plate and solid wood.
本機具備45°、90°、135°且具備三軸榫槽機所具有的功能。
且在不需換刀及重新定位的情況下就可以裝夾加工長條工件上的多個榫槽，
提高工作效率并避免因多次定位帶來的尺寸誤差。

1 觸屏式參數錄入修正，可預存多個參數，輕松切換，操作簡便；
2 圖形文件具有參數化設置，榫頭榫眼的大小位置尺寸，配合松緊度等在操作界面上設定后自動調節。有4個直靠板和2個45度靠板，可進行多榫型、多工位加工，工作臺面長，可加工長料；
3 潤滑系統：具備按累積加工時長來進行定時供油功能。
4 防塵系統：毛刷清潔+吸塵系統；
5 電腦對接功能（支持U盤接入）根據加工工藝要求優化加工路徑；
6 具備去皮功能，杜絕板材崩邊，加工的榫頭、榫眼外形光潔美觀。
